Our concept shop is more than just a jewelry store - it's a community centered project & our home away from home.
In addition to regular coastal cleanup events, we have extended the ocean love with our partner Monk Surf, a sustainable surf brand based here in Santa Maria. Visit us to enjoy our bar and cafe complete with terrace and garden in the back of our shop where you can relax, connect, and enjoy healthy eats and great coffee.
Besides loving Coffee and a true Espresso, we love Healthy Food. Our Shakes, Smoothies, Cold-Pressed juices, and Frozen Artesanal Pops are made daily with only natural and local ingredients. We work with a handful of small farmers on the island for veggies, fruits, and what we can't find, we source consciously and locally. We serve only in season produce, and when we can, use organic products, such as our Organic small lot Coffee - the first location in the Açores to offer this.
The Monk Cafe offers small breakfast plates, salads, bowls & snacks for one or two share as well as a special lunch plate of the day, based on farm fresh produce that is available that day.
